Daniel has always had a strong interest for construction. After serving 5 years in the 82nd Airborne as an Infantryman, he decided to start his career in the construction industry. Towards the end of his military contract, he began preparing for his next step.

He received a degree in Building Construction Management in 2019. The Army has taught him many valuable lessons such as leadership, accountability and time management, which is complementary to his construction degree. “I value what I have learned and carry it over into the construction field. I will not settle for anything less than a quality, well built home and a happy homeowner!” Daniel received his North Carolina General Contractors license in 2023.

Daniel enjoys taking what he has learned along the way and applying it everyday on the job to provide our homebuyers with the best experience possible during the construction process.

Lauren is an experienced and passionate professional who is dedicated to helping Furr Construction clients attain their goals.

She was born and raised in a small town just outside of Greensboro, North Carolina and originally started her professional career as a member of the healthcare community. She attended Pitt Community College and earned a degree in Radiologic Science, with a specialization in Mammography. Lauren spent eight years forming long-lasting relationships with her patients and their families and her co-workers.

Although she holds these relationships near and dear to her heart, Lauren realized that she had another passion as well.  After meeting her husband Adam in college and marrying into a home building and construction family, she developed an interest in the real estate industry. It didn’t take long for her interest to grow into a full-fledged love that led her to obtain her real estate license. Lauren left the medical field to work with her family’s business, which has been serving the people of Fayetteville and surrounding areas since 1991.

Lauren is an active member with the Home Builders Association of Fayetteville where she enjoys serving on multiple committees. This allows her to network with others in the building industry. Lauren enjoys traveling and photography, but more than anything, she loves spending her free time with her husband, their daughter Madelyn and the rest of their family and friends.
