The first step in purchasing a home is securing your financing. Getting pre-approved will allow you to know your budget when choosing your location and home. We would encourage you to check our financing page for our preferred lender.

Unfortunately, we do not. We specialize in building in already developed subdivisions.

We offer a variety of floor plans that range from 1,200 square feet up to 3,000 square feet. We do not allow for any structural changes to our floor plans.

We ask that our buyers refrain from visiting the job site unannounced. If you would like to visit, please have your agent reach out to Furr Constructions representative and schedule a day and time to visit the site.

A pre-sale means entering into a contract with a Builder to buy a home before it's been built. If you have the time to build a home from start to finish, then a pre-sale might just be for you. With a pre-sale you are able to choose the subdivision and floor plan that best fits you, while also being able to choose you interior and exterior selections.
